Process and Its Influencing Factors of Household Enterprise Under the Background of the Agriculture Enterprise:Industry of Flowers and Plants in Yanling County,Henan Province
基于164份问卷，将农户企业化分为自给自足、商业化、农户联合和农业企业四个阶段，发现农户内生能力、外部契约关系和创业精神显著影响其企业化进程。
The paper surveys the households,enterprises and relevant supporting mechanism,and constructs a theoretical analysis framework of affecting households’enterprise evolution.Households’enterprise is the result of the interaction of the three elements of the households’endogenous capacity,the external contractual relations and entrepreneurship.Based on the analysis of 164 questionnaires,households’enterprise evolution is divided into self-sufficiency in the operational phase,the commercial phase of the operation,the operational phase of the joint household and agricultural enterprises stage.We found ①Households' endogenous ability to have a significant positive impact on households' entrepreneurial evolution.The accumulation of knowledge and innovative ability of households are from the households to plant varieties in the production,technical personnel,and equipments.②Households' contractual relationship is complex evolution of the farmers entrepreneurial.The more additional services and market credibility are,the smaller the possibility of the evolution of the enterprise of household.And the higher the secrecy,the evolution of the enterprise of farmers may be the greater.③Entrepreneurship is also a significant factor.The higher qualifications and household entrepreneurs perceive,the greater the likelihood of evolved into enterprise.Only is fully taken into account these factors to make the farmers in the organization and operation of the way into the corporate behavior.
