本文基于甘肃省矿产资源开发特点，结合相关政策实施情况，阐述了生态补偿的系统构成，包括主体、方法、类型和标准，并提出了法律保护、保证金制度、资金筹集及监管体系等政策建议。
According to the characteristic of the mineral resources exploitation in Gansu,by inducing the relative policies implement and fulfillment of the ecological compensation of mineral resources exploitation,the article presents the system formation,explains the subject,method,type and standard of the ecological compensation of mineral resources exploitation in Gansu.In the end gives some policy recommendations from the legal protection of mine ecological compensation,deposit system for recovery and management of mine environment,the founds of mine ecological recovery and management,mine supervision and management system of environmental protection and restoration.
