THE RESEARCH OF THE WEST MINING HANDLES THE CHALLEGE OF WTO
分析了中国西部矿业的供需现状及加入WTO后面临的严峻挑战，提出了转向市场导向、利用国内外市场、建立全球供应体系等策略。
This article introduces the supply-demand situation of mineral resources in China, analyzes the state of west mining and the austere challenges coming from WTO, put forward some strategies of west mining. West mining should make the best of kinds resources and two markets. The development strategy should be changed to the market-oriented from the resource guiding, relocated in two markets between international and internal; a global supply-system of mineral resources should be established; the trade model of mineral product should be transformed from price export supporting price import to tall price export supporting low price import; science-technology input should be increased, financing and attracting capital should be strengthened.
