Secondary Innovation Strategy in the Globalization——The Case Study of the Technological Evolution of Haier Refrigerator

In situation of globalization it's an important project for developing countries to take the opportunity for improving their technological competence. For this purpose,it makes an empirical study on the dynamic model of secondary innovation based on global competition,combined with the case study of Haier Refrigerator. It observes the different phases of Haier Refrigerator in its secondary innovation,and analyzes the changes of its strategies and RD activities and technical tactics,from which it puts out some suggestions on secondary innovation to Chinese manufacturing companies.
