The Formation of the Informal Ties and Its Impact on the Technological Innovation:A Case Study of Dongying
通过对东营石油装备制造集群35家企业的问卷调查和深度访谈，研究了区域和跨区域尺度下非正式联系的形成方式及其对技术创新的影响。
On the ground of questionnaire survey and in- depth interview with 35 firms of petroleum equipment manufacturing cluster in Dongying, this paper explores informal ties and its impact on technology innovation in different spatial scales. Results show that spin- offs, talent mobility and high- level meeting organized by association and government are the three ways to form informal ties in the regional scale. Temporary clusters, international talents circulation based on the project cooperation and the middlemen are the three ways to form informal ties in the transregional scale. These ways have impact on trust and innovation cost reduction, the flow of technical information and knowledge, cognitive basis and common understanding enhancement and direct technical support.
