THE NEW DEVELOPMENT OF THE SECOND EURASIAN LANDBRIDGE AND IT'S IMPACTS ON XUZHOU CITY
分析了第二亚欧大陆桥经济发展的四个新特征，指出对徐州市的挑战，并提出建设超区域中心城市、构建淮海城市群、推动淮海经济区升级为国家战略三项对策。
This paper analyses four features of present economical development of the Second Eurasian Landbridge: The strategic position in the national opening arrangement is more important than ever;The majority planning of economic zones along the Landbridge upgraded to the national strategies;The urban economy develop rapidly;The regional cooperation is strengthen deeply.The paper point out challenges to Xuzhou city, and it proposes three measures,namely,making a super regional central city with powerful radiation; constructing Huaihai city group;making effort to upgrade Huaihai economic zone regional planning to the national strategy.
