The Regional Land Use Layout Optimization Based on the CLUE-S Model
研究利用GIS和CLUE-S模型,从当前土地利用布局中提取最优分布规则,推演目标年区域土地利用最优布局,并以扬州市为例验证了模型在优化多种用地类型布局中的有效性。
Firstly according to the characteristics of current regional land use and the feasibility of the layout adjustment,the paper adjusted the unreasonable part of the overall land use layout from 4 aspects with basic GIS method, then leading to the optimal current land use layout; secondly this paper introduced the principle of spatial configuration of CLUE- S model, and using its spatial simulation ability of all land use types to extract the optimal distribution rules of different land use types with the way of Logistic Regression from the current optimal land use layout, then with the extracted distribution rules to deduce the regional land use optimal layout of target year. The results show that:complexity of the overall layout optimization is that there are competitive relationships between different land use types to one same spatial unit; CLUE-S model can be used to optimize the all land use types layout because of its overall spatial configuration ability; In the optimal layout map of Yangzhou city in 2020 year, urban land expands towards northwest of the center city, and north of Yizheng city and Baoying county also had obvious distribution, garden land and forest land mainly distributing in the southwest hilly- gully region, Shaobo Lake around and embankment of Yangtze river, and the rural residential land mainly distributed around the town and convenient transportation areas after optimum allocation spatially.
