Reflections on running cities
本文梳理了经营城市的概念，从理论上分析其不同层次的目标，并指出在中国现行体制下实施经营城市需注意的几个要点。
Running city as a new idea is seeing popular among cities in China, but there still lies some problems to be addressed in theory and practice such as its vague conception, improper application, and empiricism. Aiming at these, this article summarizes the conception of running city and analyzes theoretically its objectives at different levels. Furthermore, it gives out several important tips of running city that have to be considered under the current system of China.
