Principles on the Construction of Ecologic City
本文阐述了我国生态城市建设中坚持的理论和原则，包括以城市生态学为基础理论、遵循自然规律、坚持人与自然和谐、以环境为生产力根本动力、以生态恢复为突破口、发展循环经济等。
This essay demonstates theories and priciples persisted in the ecocity construction of our country and gives nessary explainations to related problem: (1) Urban Ecology shoud be taken as a basic theory in the constructrion of ecologic city; (2) Natural laws should be followed strictly in the construction of ecologic city; (3) The principle of “harmony between man and nature should be adhered to in the construction of ecologic city; (4) The enviornment should be taken as a foundamental momentum for productivity in the construction of ecologic city; (5) Ecologic restoration and rehabilitation should be taken as a break-through point in the construction of ecologic city; (6) The development of recycling economy should be taken as a basic way in the construction of ecologic city.
