RESEARCH ON LEVER PRINCIPLE AND CHECKERBOARD STRATEGY OF THE REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ON CHINA
梳理中国区域经济发展战略的三个阶段，划分九大经济区域，提出杠杆原理与棋盘策略以解决区域发展失衡和居民收入差距问题，为政府决策和学术研究提供新视角。
This article talked about the evolution of the strategies about the regional economic development of China.And it pointed out three phases in the process of evolution: strategies about equilibrium development,strategies about non-equilibrium development,and strategies about harmonious development.This article has also done some research into the evolution of development of the division of the spatial economic regions of China.In addition,it has fixed the position of the spatial economic regions of China.After dividing the three economic zones into nine economic regions,it provided Nine in Three pattern about the spatial economic regions of China.Based on that,the article analyzed the extreme non-equilibrium of the regional economic development of China and the great gaps among residents' income.In order to solve the problem,it has put forward a Lever Principle and Chessboard Strategy about the regional development of China.It provided not only the scientific evidences for the government to make strategies about the regional economic development,but also a new angle,a new theory,a new method for the study of the regional economic development of China.
