Based on African reality and main contents of economic globalization, an indicator system are built up to classifying African countries. By using the comprehensive judgment method taking the mean level of world developing countries as the cardinal number 53 African countries are devided into types of non - marginalisation, slight marginalisation, intense marginalisation and extreme marginalisation.
