Informatization and the transformation of old industrial bases is an important proposition of geography.Take Haire as an example,this paper explored the impacts of informatization on the internal and external space organizations of firms.The research indicated that informatization and business process reengineering have formed together information flow of orders as the center of the market chain business processes management model,and has organization function to material flow,human flow,capital flow inside Haire.The informatization is not the main thing in Haier's scattered location,but it has made remote management and supervises into possible.The informatization has lead to virtual clustering on the internet directly between Haire and suppliers,but the role in the enterprises clusters round some geographical region has yet to be test.Haier keeps close contacts with clients through cyberspace.
