EVOLUTION OF PUBLIC POLICY ATTRIBUTES OF WESTERN REGIONAL PLANNING AND ITS REVELATION
系统回顾二战后西方区域规划从技术控制转向公共政策引导的历程，总结不同治理理念下的规划组织模式，并为中国区域规划的未来发展提出建议。
After World WarⅡ,regional planning in western countries experienced a remarkable process,transformed from technical control to public policy guidance.It closely relates with the economic social development conditions and overall change of institutional environment.Since 2000,with the change of Chinese economic and institutional environment,public policy turning of regional planning has also become a reality tendency.This paper systematically reviews the development course of western regional planning and evolution of public policy attributes;it concludes regional planning organizations in different governance concepts.And as the reference,it puts forward some suggestions for future development and improvement of Chinese regional planning.
