THE SPATIAL STRUCTURE AND ITS FRACTAL ANALYSIS ON URBAN SYSTEM OF THE ARID REGION OF NORTHWEST CHINA——A CASE STUDY OF JIUQUAN
以酒泉为例，通过定性和定量分析（网格维数和关联维数模型）研究干旱区城市体系的空间结构，发现其具有分形特征，并提出了优化建议。
Taking the Jiuquan city in the arid region of northwest China as an example,this essay analyzes and studies the spatial structure of urban system by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis.In the first place,it introduces the fractal theory and its application to research on the urban system and analyzes qualitatively the urban spatial structure;secondly,it exercises the grid dimension and correlation dimension model to analyze the urban spatial structure quantitatively,proving that the urban spatial structure in this region has fractal characteristics,which are in line with the qualitative analysis;finally,it puts forward some optimization suggestion on the urban spatial structure based on the above-mentioned analysis.
