The research of urban sustainable mobility is directly related to well development of the city and its integrated transportation system. The establishment of urban sustainable mobility is also the key to constructing a harmonious society and the goal of ensuring our people a relative comfortable life. The urban sustainable mobility needs strong theory and methods to support. On the basis of abundant survey data, this paper thoroughly analyzed the problems and challenges of urban sustainable mobility, explained the main factors to effect it, and proposed its theory framework and research directions, which will be the basis of urban sustainable transportation theory systems.
