STUDY ON THE GAP AND WAYS OF COORDINATED URBAN AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
分析了城乡差距扩大的现象和原因，阐述了统筹城乡发展的内涵和意义，提出主要路径在于制度创新、发展县域经济、加快城镇化和建设社会主义新农村。
The development misbalance of city and countryside,and the expanding disparity have already become one of prominent contradictions in our current country economic life.Planning the city and countryside development as a whole is the inevitably request of economic and society develops of our country in the new stage,has the important strategic significance to the solution of the three agricultural question and the comprehensive construction well-off society.In this article,the author analyzed the phenomenon and the reason which the city and countryside disparity expands day by day,as well as the background under which plan city and countryside development as a whole is proposed,and illustrated the connotation and the significance of the plan,and at the same time proposed conclusion that the main way of planning the city and countryside development as a whole lies in enhancement of the institution and the institutional innovation,the development and the strength of county territory economy,speeding up the urbanization advancement and the reconstruction of socialism new rural.
