The Development and Countermeasures of China's Low-rent Housing System
回顾中国廉租房制度的发展历程，分析当前运行中的问题，并提出扩大覆盖、拓宽资金渠道、设立专门管理机构等改进建议。
The low-rent housing system is an important institutional arrangements in China's housing security system. It is not noly an important way to solve the housing problems of urban low-income people but also has an important practical significance to protect the living rights of vulnerable groups and achieve social equity. However,as time's progresses,low-rent housing system in operation has also gradually exposed to a number of problems. In this paper,based on reality,Firstly,I recalled development and evolution of China's low-rent housing system and Carding the current pattern and characteristics of low-cost housing development.,Secondly,I analyse the reasons of those problems in depth. In the end,I make make a few suggestions of improve the urban low-rent housing system such as expand the coverage of low-cost target,widen the channels of funds,establish the specialized management agencies,strengthen the building of relevant laws.
