构建了包含九个变量的评价体系，用因子分析法计算河北省200个中心镇的综合能力，再通过聚类分析将其分为四类并分别评价。
The choice and foster of centre-town is an important approach to develop small town in our country now.Firstly,the paper builds up the evaluation system of center-town of Hebei with nine variable indexes.Secondly,with the method of Factor Analysis by SPSS software,calculates the comprehensive capacity and selects 200 center-towns.Thirdly,by Cluster Analysis the paper classifies all of the center-towns into 4 types and evaluates them respectively.
