EFFECT ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL LAND USE CHANGE IN DIFFERENT DEVELOPMENT PHASE: FORTY COUNTIES IN CHONGQING AS THE RESEARCH OBJECT
基于1998-2008年重庆四十个县的数据，将重庆分为三个工业化阶段，分析土地利用变化对经济发展的影响，发现土地承载比生产用地贡献更大，且差距随经济发展扩大。
Based on socio-economic data and land use change data of forty counties in Chongqing from 1998 to 2008,According to the theory of economic development stage,Chongqing could be divided into three economic development areas,I phase: The transition to the later stages of industrialization,II phase: Accelerated development in Intermediate period of industrialization,III phase: The transition to Intermediate stage of industrialization.And discussion the land use changes and the impact on economic development.Finally found that:(1)The level of economic development is significant different in Chongqing,over time,with the gradual spread of economic factors,most counties into II phase,the counties of III phase gradually reduced to remote areas in east;(2)In the evolution process of industrialization from III phase to II phase,the land use changes increasingly intense,when counties moved into I phase,land use changes become moderated.Land productivity is growing fastest in II phase.The evolution of regional land-output ratio is consistent with land use change,is showing the feature of Inverted U along with industrialization;(3)Load bearing land contributes more than productive land to economic development,and with the economic development,the gap will be gradually widen.Therefore,in order to do better in meeting different areas' reasonable demand of land supply,areas of different economic development phase should take different land utilization measures to coordinate various land supply and the area's economic factors.
