THE QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION RESEARCH ON WHOLE WELL-OFF SOCIETY CONSTRUCTION
基于可持续发展理论，选取14个指标构建评价体系，利用1990-2000年中国和江苏省的统计数据，分析全面建设小康社会的进程。
After 20 years open and reform policy's enforcement, our country has fulfilled the plan of first 2 steps of 3 steps to construct modernization society and our life standard has achieved the Xiaokang level as a whole, but this level is still low, un-comprehensive and unbalanced. Our party brought forward the development aim that construct a whole well-off society in first 20 years of 21st century. To scale the degree of our present situation and establish a standard for further development, based on sustainable development theory, 14 indicators were selected to establish an indicator system. And the process of constructing well-off society was analyzed by using the statistic data from 1990 to 2000 in China and Jiangsu province.
