ON ECOLOGICAL PROTECT OF WATER ENVIRONMENT IN XUN WU COUNTY LOCATING AT THE SOURCE OF DONGJIANG RIVER
研究了东江源头寻乌县因资源过度利用导致的水环境破坏问题，提出了加强生态保护的立法、经济协调、补偿机制和预警机制等建议。
Xunwu locates at the source of Dongjiang River that is the main branch of Zhujiang River. Water environment of Xunwu county influences directly the water-consumpting quality of the middle reaches and the lower reaches fields of Dongjiang River and Hongkong for daily life. Water environment of Xunwu county has been destroyed to some extent, such as forest deteriorating, soil erosion, flood and drought, water pollution etc, because of undue use with the natural resource. So we suggest enhancing the ecological protect of water environment in Xunwu.①To accelerate the local legislation about ecological protect of the source of river and water, protect the water environment of Dongjiang River's source according to the law.②To lay equal stress on economy development and ecological protect, promote economy development of Xunwu county.③To perfect water environment of Dongjiang River's source and protect compensation mechanism, coordinate economy development of area locate at the higher, the middle and the lower reaches of Dongjiang River's source.④To establish the early warning mechanism for water environment, enhance the capability that is on guard the water disaster of Dongjiang River's source.
