The Research on Real Estate Acquisition Compensation in Urbanization—Instance of Changsha
通过长沙案例的博弈实验，研究开发商与拆迁户在征收补偿中分配结果与意图的公平性对决策行为的影响，发现结果公平比意图公平更重要。
This paper introduces the real estate expropriation compensation experimental background, using case data from Changsha, and designs a set of ultimatum game experiments to discuss outcome of allocation and the intention of allocation impact on human decision-making behavior between the developer and relocation household. It not only makes up for the deficiency of study only from a single aspect of previous scholars, but also makes up for the deficiency of experiment realistic background. The results show that in the real estate expropriation compensation experimental background, intention fairness and outcome fairness also affect people's behavior. Compared with the experiment without real estate expropriation compensation background, in the real estate expropriation compensation experiment, Effect on people's behavior from allocation outcome fairness has increased. Effect on people's behavior from allocation intention fairness has declined. Policy implications of research is that we should pay more attention to the protection of the interests of relocation household in the real estate expropriation process, allocation outcome fairness is more important than allocation intention fairness.
