The urban competitiveness prompoting strategy of Yantai city:a regional perspective
本文从区域视角比较烟台与山东半岛其他城市的竞争力，分析其优势和劣势，并基于城市经济基础、引力强度等提出提升竞争力的策略。
In the background of economic globalization,it has become a local development topic to establish competitive predominance for the regions and cities that are sub-subjects of a country among drastic competition,when the power of national economic administration is limited to some extent. This article takes a case study of Yantai in a regional perspective. Firstly it compares the competitiveness of Yantai with the other cities in Shandong Peninsula to judge the real position of Yantai in the region,tries to find its strengths and weaknesses,and then analyzes the regional base of Yantai development such as the urban economicbase,the orientation and intensity of urban gravitation,the urban direct influence range,in order to find what restricts the promotion of urban competitiveness. Finally,this article proposes the strategy of promoting the urban competitiveness of Yantai from several aspects such as the spacecoherence of region and cities,the construction of infrastructure,the development of industry,the opening to the outside world,the management of landscape and environment,and the urban governance.
