PRELIMINARY RESEARCH OF RURAL LAND USE CONDITION AND COUNTERMEASURE IN HUNAN PROVINCE
分析了湖南省农村土地利用类型多样、林地与耕地为主、空间差异明显、利用效率不均衡的现状，指出结构不合理、管理粗放、耕地锐减和质量退化等问题，并提出完善规划、增加投入、优化结构、加强法治和动态监测等对策。
The analyses of rural land use condition show that land use type is diverse, wood land and plough area is dominant, spatial difference is evident and use efficience is unbalanced. Irrational land use structure, extensive land management pattern, radically decreasing plough area and seriously degrading land quality are the most significant problems that must be solved in the future. In order to elevate the complex benefit of rural land use, the following measures should be taken: (1)perfecting land use planning system; (2)increasing investment in land development and utilization; (3)optimizing rural land use structure; (4)strengthening legal system construction of land use, and (5)developing dynamic monitoring system.
