THE STUDY OF OPERATION MECHANISM ABOUT BUILDING MAIN BODY FUNCTION AREA IN BORDER AREAS OF PROVINCES——TAKING THE BORDER AREA OF HUNAN,HUBEI,CHONGQING AND GUIZHOU AS THE EXAMPLE
从区域发展理论创新视角，分析省际边界地区主体功能区建设存在的问题，提出应遵循的原则，并从组织协调、生态补偿、政绩考核三方面设计运行机制，以湘鄂渝黔交界地带为例深入分析。
From the view of region at development at theory innovation,this paper proposed building main body function area exists lots of problems in borderareas of provinces,such as regional development concept,regional management model,regional profit distributing.Promoting main body function area construction in border areas of provinces should follow overall coordination principle,top to down principle,dynamical regulation principle,beginning with mechanism for organization coordination,mechanism for ecological compensation and mechanism for government performance measurement to design the operation mechanism scientifically.After that,taking the main body function area construction in BorderArea of Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing,Guizhou as the example,this paperanalyzes the design of the operation mechanism deeply.
