Under impact of financial crisis,the world are re-thinking and re-planning their local economic developments.At early 2009,the state promulgated The Outline of Plan for Reform and Development of Pearl River Delta(2008-2020),clearly put forwards the joint planning and implementation of highlighted bay area action plan covering Pearl River mouth will be supported. In this study,bay area as carrier,to be bridgehead of third eurasian continental bridge as a goal,systems come first,we strive to build convenient transport network,strengthen regional innovation on system construction,set up a unified market,deepen cooperation and levels,consequently harmonious economic and trade relations among Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao will be constructed,which can improve drive capacity towards national economic and Asia-Europe economic.
