Evolution Characteristics of Industrial Layout of Beijing
基于2004-2008年就业密度数据，利用GIS空间自相关分析，揭示了北京产业布局向郊区扩张、服务业集中于中心城区的演化特征。
The industry transition and the industry layout changes greatly in the period of 2004-2008,which is promoted by Beijing City Master Plan(2004-2020) which Started in 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games.This paper revealed evolution characteristics industrial layout in 2004-2008,according to the spatial characteristics of the employment density by the GIS spatial autocorrelation analysis.The results showed that the space density of total employment in Beijing is characterized by single-center expansion,and north is the main gathering area of employment,less the south.The industry employment density characteristics showed that manufacturing sector expanded to the suburbs and service is more concentrated in central city.Finally,the paper proposed the trends of restructuring of industrial space in Beijing and the evolution of regulatory pathways.
