LEARNING REGION AND REGIONAL TRANSFORMATION OF NORTHEAST AREA IN CHINA
梳理了学习区域的概念和理论,对比了资源型、加工型和学习型发展模式,分析了东北地区的学习现状与危机,提出向学习区域转型的建议。
Based on the analysis of the foreign literature on the learning region,the author elucidates the derivation and concept of learning region,and illustrates the connotations of learning region from the developmental view,and make the difference between the development mode of resource-based region,processing region and learning region.Underpinning the theoretical logic of learning region,the author looks through the history and explores the status quo and crisis in the region learning of Northeast Area,holds Northeast Area should be transformed into learning region.Furthermore,some advice is put forward on technological learning strategy,regional knowledge networking,institutional learning and cultural learning of Northeast Area.
