Goal Setting of Community Energy Planning in Low-Carbon Eco-Cities
研究了低碳生态城市社区能源规划中目标设定和关键绩效指标的方法，将能源消费和碳排放分为生产性和消费性两类，并提出了单位能耗和碳排放的目标设定方法，以及热泵中可再生能源比例的计算。
Goal setting and key performance indicators(KPI′s) identifying are important part of community energy planning in low-carbon eco-cities.Authors attributed all energy consumption(EC) and carbon emission(CE) that can create values to productive EC and CE,and proposed methodology of goal setting for per unit EC and CE.On the other hand the authors attributed all EC and CE that will not create values to consumer EC and CE,and to set the goal by using statistic data and scenario analysis method.The authors also proposed how to calculate the proportion of renewable energy in heat pump usage.
