Distribution and Influence Factors of Lodging Industry in Beijing City
利用Arcgis和有序logit模型分析北京住宿业分布格局与影响因素，并与英国城市对比，发现集聚是基本特征，可达性、地价和集聚度是主要影响因素。
Based on the research of distribution of lodging industry in foreign cities, the paper analyze the distribution pattern and influence factors of Beijing hotel industry through the Arcgis and the ordered logit model, discuss the similarities and differences between Britain middle city and Beijing city by comparison with the Ashworth model, and reveal the structure characteristics of Beijing in the new era.The study found:(1)Agglomeration is the basic characteristic of distribution in Beijing,the distribution model includes eight kinds of location types, of which four are new types, it reflects the applicability of classical theory and specifieness of Beijing;(2) The accessibility, land price, agglomeration are the most significant influence factors influencing distribution, the influence degree of one factor on different type of hotels show differences;(3) The spatial heterogeneity and complexity in Beijing have been enhanced, but the structure of multi-center have been developing, globalization and informatization makes lager international zone than CBD;(4) The lodging industry is one of the factors shaping the city structure.
