THE STUDY ON POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND ECOLOGICAL RESERVES CONSTRUCTION IN NORTHWESTERN YUNNAN
基于实地调研和数据分析，评估了滇西北地区的贫困状况及其影响因素，将贫困类型分为现金收入短缺、粮食或耕地不足、农村能源短缺、缺水以及生活条件丧失等五类，并提出了扶贫与生态保护区建设的建议。
The area of northwestern Yunnan is one of ten famous rich areas of biodiversity in the World, and one of three in China,it also,has rich and different ethnic cultures and beautiful landscape views. Due to this region is a jumping-off, weaknesseco-environment and fragile landscape under the pressure of the local farming-system and the growth of population, and thefrequent happened hill disasters, poverty becomes a serious problem for the regional development. In the paper, on the basis ofinterview in fields and the analysis of information and data of the regional social and economic development, the poverty statusand its affecting factors are complicated assessed, according to the characteristics of poverty, the types of poverty can be definedinto: poverty by short of cash income, lack of food or farmland, short of rural energy supply, lack of water (including drinkingwater and irrigation water) and losing the living condition or badly living environment poverty. According the situations, the com-ments/suggests are be given for the regional poverty alleviation and ecological reserves building: basic farmland conservation andconstruction, to develop new rural energy instead of firewood consummation, to build the participating construction and manage-ment for the natural reserves and beauty spots, enforce the infrastructure construction to reality multi industry, and suitable set-tlement.
