With the development of economy globalization, market, information and network, urban governance has substituted for traditional urban management. Public-private partnership is a new pattern of modern urban governance. This paper analyses typically basic theories and three cases of public-private partnership governance pattern, and puts forward some policies for china's urban governance of public-private partnership.
