FUNCTIONAL ZONING OF DEVELOPMENT——RESTRICTED AT AN AREA LEVEL:A CASE STUDY ON XIANGXI IN HUNAN
研究了主体功能区规划中限制开发区域的功能分区方法，以湖南湘西为例提出了两级三类功能分区方案，为同类地区提供参考。
The poor area of old little margin was blank area on the implementation of Major Function Oriented Zoning(MFOZ).Functional divisions in these regions was of great significance to the overall planning of MFOZ.Taking Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as a case study,the paper discussed the train of thought,the index system and the regionalization plan etc.for the spacial functional zoning at an area level in the context of restricted development zone of MFOZ.Based on the evaluation of natural ecological conditions and social and economic conditions,in accordance with the arrangment of national MFOZ,this paper suggested a functional oriented zoning plan with 2 levels and 3 types,providing a typical reference for the other same type regions.
