A QUANTITATIVE STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN ENERGY RESOURCE ENDOWMENT AND POVERTY IN GANSU PROVINCE
基于甘肃省数据，用因子分析和成分分析发现矿物能源资源禀赋与贫困无显著相关，但生物质能源资源禀赋与贫困显著负相关，并指出中国不合理的能源政策与机制是主因。
The authors analyzed the correlations between poverty and endowments of mineral energy resources and biomass energy resources based on the data of mineral and biomass energy resources by using factor analysis and component analysis methods in Gansu Province.The results show that there is no significant correlation between poverty and endowment of mineral energy resource,but there is a significant negative correlation between endowment of biomass energy resources and poverty.It is concluded that unreasonable energy policy and mechanism being implemented in China are the main factors that contribute to the relationships between the endowment of energy resources and poverty.
