EXPLORATION AND PROTECT OF MARINE RESOURCES TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOP OUR MARINE ECONOMY
分析了我国海洋经济快速发展中存在的产业结构不合理和污染严重等问题，提出了加强海洋意识、实行资源资本化管理、发展高技术、保护修复环境、建立统一管理机制和灾害预警等建议，以提升国际竞争力并实现可持续发展。
Marine is a comprehensive resources containing many functions and roles, and is also an important reserve resources ofmankind living and sustainable development. Our country is abundant marine resources, and marine economic develop rapidly.The value of marine economic attained 335 billions Yuan in 1998, and its average rates increased by more than 20％. However,our marice are faced with such as problems, unreasonable structure of marine industry and serious marine pollution, which willlimit the development of marine economy. In this paper, in order to advance our international competing ability and realize sus-tainable development of our marine economy, the author puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening the marine idea ofour peolpe, realizing of the capital management and paid utilization of marine resources, developing higher technology of marine,strengthening the protect and repair of marine environment, buliding mechanism of unified comprehensive management and devel-oping the early warning of disastrous weather in sea.
