County economy has an decisive influence on the allocation of financial resources. And financial support promotes county economic development. Through the analysis of financial problems for the county's economic development, we research into the perspective differences of county economic planning and into the general principles of allocation of financial resources in depth; In the county economic development, we must take full account of the allocation mechanism of financial resources, actively construct this financial development planning which adapt to county economic development, make sure the focus of the county’s financial planning, create a financial platform for the development of county economy, build a good ecological environment and realize sustainable development for county economy.
