The housing problem is a livelihood problem,social problem,and also an economic and political problem.Further enlarging the scale of construction indemnificatory apartments is especially important.Since the year of 2004,Ganzhou has done a good job in the link of construction,allotment and management,to establish a Ganzhou characteristic housing security system,which mainly includes low-rent housing and affordable housing,shanty areas rebuilding,public rental housing,and low-renting stores as its supplements.All this has helped to solve housing difficulties for medium and low income people.
