Analysis of Private Entrepreneurship Expansion and Regional Innovation Efficiency Promotion

As China's regional innovation capacity is improved,the innovation results emerge in large numbers,but the disparity of regional innovation efficiency is still obvious.The analysis introduces private entrepreneurs into the knowledge production function(KPF).It suggests that where the regional innovation efficiency is higher,the entrepreneurs' resource is much more abundant.The role of private entrepreneurs is stronger than which of the specialized technicians.The private entrepreneurs can make the technology results meet with market demand,meanwhile,they can balance the technology level and production cost,thus the technology innovation and the factor integration innovation can interactive with each other.The conclusion can also explain better the regional innovation disparity problem.Therefore,the research is beneficial for explaining regional innovation efficiency's further promotion.
