THE ACTUALITY AND PROBLEMS OF LAND USE PLANNING SYSTEMS
收集并比较了典型的土地利用规划系统，指出当前系统在历史记录管理、评估方法和扩展能力等方面仍需改进。
Land use planning systems plays very important ruler in land resource utilization.Traditional methods of land planning haven't able to satisfy work requirement,building system based on GIS technique have become the main tendency.In this paper,some typical land use planning systems have been collected and compared.The result shows that the system should be improved further,and main problems include management for historical record of land information,evaluate methods and the ability of system expand etc.
