The information government used is over 85 percent of total information of the country or the region, 85 percent of which is related to spatial positioning, that is,72 percent of information government used is concerned to space. Consequently GIS which is aimed to the storage, analyse and management of spatial information is bound to integrate with government. Used in the internet, GIS becomes stronger and more widely. According to the contents above, G-government is put forward. G-government includes government to business, government to citizens and government to government .Then the article discusses the key technology that G-government realizes. The application of G-government proves that GIS and internet are the effective ways of improving the development of government. G-government is very important to government informanization.
