RESEARCH ON THE MEASURE AND THE COMPETITIVENESS OF REGIONAL'S INDUSTRY AGGREGATION——THE CASE OF YUNNAN PROVINCE
研究了云南省产业集聚的测度与竞争力，发现产业集聚最可能发生在工业部门，并基于GEM模型提出加强基础设施建设和市场开放以提升竞争力。
The normative framework of industrial clusters and competitiveness has played an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprises,the regions and the countries in the period of economic transition.In this paper,we take industrial clusters competitiveness of Yunnan Province for example and find that Yunnan's industrial clusters the most likely occurs in the industrial sector by studying the contribution rate of industries and calculating the level of aggregation on major industries.And then we use industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system(a total of 23 indicators) which base on the GEM model and draw a conclusion that Yunnan Province should strengthen infrastructure construction and market openness if it wants to improve the competitiveness of industrial clusters,which provides policy support for the development of industrial clusters scientifically and harmoniously.
