Empirical Study on the Impacts of Appropriability Regime Efficacy on Firms' Innovation Performance
基于知识产权保护和资源视角，利用220家中国制造企业的数据，分析专有性制度的内外有效性及其交互作用对企业创新绩效的影响。
Profiting from innovation so as to achieve good innovation performances is one of the main motivations for firms to participate and develop technology innovation. Formation of appropriability regime may facilitate the endeavors mentioned above. Based on intellectual property protection and resource view,it analyzes the interactive effect between inner and outer efficacy of appropriability regime,examines the impacts exerting by the inner and outer as well as the total efficacy of appropriability regime on firms' innovation performance by using the data of 220 Chinese manufacturing product innovation firms. The result shows that there is a contradictory effect between the formation of the inner and outer efficacy. Besides,the total efficacy exerts positive effects on innovation performance,while the inner and outer efficacy have different individual impacts.
