Build new town combined with countryside in Changan, Dongguan Guangdong Province

Since reform and opening, Changan town of Dongguan city, which is located in Pealy River Delta, has become a booming industrial town. With the rapid developmentof of industrialization, economy and culture, and its good fame of !the No.1 Town in Making Profit through Exportation, Changan has become one of the central towns in Guangdong province. In order to push the social development of Changan, it is necessary to fasten the progression of urbanization, and construct a new-style town with integration of urban and rural. It is also necessary for Pear River Delta to take a lead in realizing the modernization. On this essay, we will study the actuality of social development, analyze the feasibility and necessity of constructing a new-style town with integration of urban and rural, and the problem it confront with, and finally offer a proposal of the guiding ideology and construction emphasis of the urbanization development. Through the discussion of city construction, system construction, and human diathesis construction, we intend to get a clear understanding of the urbanization development for the future, and hit the answer of working target, trains of thought and emphasis, so as to fasten the step of urbanization development.
