Research on Cooperative Game of Urban Management——The Solve Way of Conflict between Urban Management and Wanderers
研究了城管与流动商贩等弱势群体之间的博弈困境，通过制度约束改变收益矩阵，促使双方从囚徒困境转向合作博弈，实现和谐城市管理。
The process of urban management is a game between the department of urban management and disadvantaged groups such as wanderers and vendors.Both sides try to maximize their own interests in the game,which leaves both in the prisoner‘s dilemma,thus causing the conflict between the law enforcement of urban management and the survival of the disadvantaged.In order to change this situation,we can use game methods to inspect the inner reasons of the conflict,and demarcate individual rational to change the payoff matrix through effective institutional constraints.So both sides can enter the cooperative game,forming the harmonious urban management.
