Research on the Spatial- temporal Evolution of Performances of High-tech Zones in China and Spillovers of International Trade
分析了1996-2009年中国52个国家级高新区的全要素生产率时空演变，发现其整体上升，前期增长效应贡献大、后期追赶效应贡献大；国际贸易中的产业内贸易未能促进生产率提升，而劳动力和汇率影响显著。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the spatial-temporal evolution of 52 nation-grade high-tech zones with MPI based on DEA from 1996 to 2009,and the spillovers of international trade is be tested in this paper with VAR.Results show that TFP of high-tech zones ascended in research intervals.Growth effect contributed more to TFP in former phase while catching-up effect contributed more in later phase.In different regions,TC promoted quickly in east high-tech zones while EC promoted quickly in middle and west high-tech zones.Tests of VAR show that intra-industry trade can’t promote TFP of high-tech zones,while labors and exchange rates contribute notable to TFP.Government should guide the high-tech zones to innovative parks based on scientific management institutions and industry system based on certain advantages.
