The Model of Urban Spatial Structure Polarization in Regional and Spatial Development Strategy Based on the Land Use Efficiency Analysis
分析了中国660个不同规模城市的土地利用效率，提出基于效率分析的城市空间结构极化模型，为区域城市体系非均衡发展战略提供理论支持。
The different scale cities have different land use efficiency.This paper analyzed the land use efficiency of the 660 different scale cities in China,summarized the traditional basic theories and models of spatial structure of urban areas,and proposed a model of spatial structure polarization urban areas based on land use efficiency analysis.The theoretical and empirical analyses show that one of the two directions of city development is into large cities;the reverse direction is into small cities.This model may give the theoretical supports for implementing the non-balanced development strategy in regional city system in China,and may provide the basis for social-economic activities such as the city′s industrial policy making,infrastructure investment,land development,population control,and so on.
