A STUDY ON THE TECHNOLOGY COOPERATION BETWEEN NORTHEAST CHINA AND NORTHEAST ASIA
分析了中国东北与东北亚国家技术合作的现状与潜力，指出产业互补和知识密集型转型将推动合作，建议从日韩俄引进技术并向蒙古、朝鲜、俄罗斯出口技术。
Although sophisticated social-economic relations hinder the further development of international technology cooperation between Northeast China and Northeast Asia at present, great potential of industrial inter-compensation and strong tendency of industrial transformation toward knowledge-intensive industries will facilitate the technology cooperation within Northeast Asia. It is urgently needed for Northeast China to import advanced technology from Japan, Korea and Russia by choosing relevant forms commonly used worldwide. At the same time, it is necessary to export its relatively advanced technology to neighboring countries such as Mongolia, P.D.R. Korea and Russia.
