Research on Evaluation of New Product Development Projects Based on SCM
分析了影响供应链管理下新产品开发项目的主要因素，建立评价指标体系，用层次分析和模糊综合评价确定权重，通过企业案例验证方法有效性，辅助管理者选择最优项目。
It analysizes the main factors,which may influence the new product development project based on supply chain management(SCM) and establishes evaluation index system for evaluating new product development project on supply chain management. Then it determines the weight of each index with the help of Hierarchial Analysis and fuzzy synthesizing evaluation. Finally it presents the evaluation results with digital values after researching one company’s new product development project. The results show the availability of this method,which can help the leader of a company to select the best new product development project.
