A study on the theory of the livable city
定义了宜居城市，从经济、社会、文化、生活、生态、安全等方面分析其本质，提出七项评判标准，并阐述发展的一般原则。
This paper defines the livable city and analyzes it's essence in the aspects of economy, society, culture, living, ecology, safety. and points out that the livable city is a comprehensive system which is composed of physical environment and social environment. Then it proposes seven standards of judging the livable city which is the index of economical development, social harmony, cultural property, living comfort, landscape amenity, and public safety. At last, it explains some general principles of the development of the livable city.
