A STUDY ON CONSTRUCTION AND LAYOUT OF ADVANCED MANUFACTURING BASE UNDER THE SITUATION IN CHANGSHA

Huge challenges and chances have been brought by financial crisis in China's manufacturing. Firmly grasping the strategic opportunity of the pattern of changes in the international industrial division and taking a new road to industrialization have been the most important measure of catch-up in many areas. According to the understanding of advanced manufacturing base,a comprehensive evaluation of the manufacturing sector of Changsha has been built by using Delphi Method and the use of factor analysis to establish the evaluation system. Whilst,this paper identifies echelons of the three major industries with local characteristics and the core of industrial clusters and discusses the construction of the advanced manufacturing base in Changsha as well as put forward countermeasures and suggestions to develop.
